When you submit the request form we receive the name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance type and brand you enter, plus any description you add. If you arrive from an advertisement we also record standard campaign parameters and the page you landed on, so we know which advertising works.

How we use it

Only to contact you about the repair you asked for, to schedule the visit and to keep a record of the job. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our dispatch systems by our hosting and messaging providers, who process the data on our behalf and only for that purpose.

Cookies

We store a small cookie to remember advertising parameters between pages. It contains no personal information and expires automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the details you submitted at any time — call the number above or reply to any message from us and we will remove them.
