What we repair — Miami

Everything in the house that plugs in.

One crew, one truck stock, all major brands. If it broke this morning, start with a call.

Heavy frost built up on the back wall of a freezer compartmentPhoto — frost buildup on freezer wall

Refrigerator & Freezer Repair — Miami

Not cooling, freezer cold but fridge warm, water pooling under the crisper, frost on the back wall, an ice maker gone quiet, a compressor that never shuts off. Sealed-system work is done by EPA 608 certified technicians.

Washer Repair — Miami

Won't spin, won't drain, clothes still soaking, drum walking across the floor, door locked mid-cycle.

Washer repair
Dryer duct detached from the wall vent and packed with lintPhoto — dryer vent, lint buildup

Dryer Repair — Miami

Two cycles to dry one load, no heat at all, thumping, or a shutdown halfway through. Often the vent, not the machine.

Dishwasher Repair — Miami

Standing water in the tub, film left on glasses, a leak at the door, or nothing happens when you press start.

Oven, Range & Cooktop Repair — Miami

Burner clicks but won't light, oven never reaches temperature, uneven baking, door locked after a self-clean.

Ice Maker & Wine Cooler Repair — Miami

Empty ice bin, hollow cubes, a wine cabinet drifting off its set temperature, a dispenser that stopped giving water.

Microwave, Disposal & Hood Repair — Miami

Microwave not heating or sparking, disposal humming but not spinning, a hood fan that rattles or lost its light.

Not sure which one it is? Describe the noise, the smell or the puddle — dispatch will tell you what usually causes it before anyone drives out.

Cooktop Repair — Miami

Gas, electric and induction. Burners that spark but won't catch, a zone that stays cold, a control that ignores you.

Freezer Repair — Miami

Standalone chest and upright freezers: not holding temperature, frost taking over the walls, a door that stopped sealing.

Ice Maker Repair — Miami

Built-in and standalone machines. Empty bins, hollow or undersized cubes, a unit that fills but never harvests.

Wine Cooler Repair — Miami

Dual-zone cabinets drifting off setting, condensation on the glass, a fan that runs without cooling.

Brands we service

From the everyday to the built-in.

One crew covers both ends of the kitchen — the machine that came with the condo and the column that cost more than the car.

Sub-Zero & Wolf Repair — Miami

Built-in columns, integrated drawers, dual-fuel ranges. These units share a sealed refrigeration circuit and a service routine of their own — the work is done by EPA 608 certified technicians, and panels come off and go back on without marking the cabinetry.

Samsung & LG Appliance Repair — Miami

French-door refrigerators, front-load washers, and the error codes they show instead of an explanation. Most calls here come down to the ice maker, the drain pump or a sensor — and most of them are the same handful of parts.

Before anyone drives out

Tell us what it's doing. We'll tell you what it usually means.

These are the calls we take most days. Read the left column and you already know more than you did this morning.

Appliance Repair — Fort Lauderdale

Broward's biggest call volume, from Las Olas condos to Coral Ridge houses. Building management, service elevators and vendor sign-in are part of the job here, not a surprise.

Appliance Repair — Hollywood

Between the two counties, so a Hollywood call often shares a route with Hallandale and Aventura — which usually means a tighter arrival window than the map suggests.

Appliance Repair — Coral Gables

Older homes with newer built-ins: integrated columns, wine cabinets and wall ovens fitted into cabinetry that has to come back together exactly as it was.

Common questions

Asked on the phone every week.

If yours isn't here, call and ask — dispatch answers the same questions all day.

Do you charge for the diagnostic visit?
There is a diagnostic fee for the visit, and it is waived when you proceed with the repair. The technician tells you what the machine needs before any work starts, so nothing is decided without you.
Do you repair Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances?
Yes — built-in refrigeration columns, integrated drawers, wine cabinets and dual-fuel ranges, alongside every mainstream brand from Whirlpool to Samsung. We are an independent repair company and not affiliated with any manufacturer.
How long is the warranty on a repair?
Every repair carries a 6-month workmanship warranty. If the same fault comes back within that window, we come back for it.
Can you come out the same day?
Often, depending on where you are and what the day looks like. Rather than promise a window we can't keep, dispatch agrees a realistic one with you on the call, and you get a heads-up before the technician arrives.
What areas do you cover?
Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach — from Homestead up to West Palm Beach. The full list of neighbourhoods is on this page; if your street isn't on it, call and ask.
Why is my refrigerator not cooling but the light still works?
The light runs on a separate circuit from the cooling system, so a lit fridge can still be warm. The usual causes are the evaporator fan, the defrost circuit or a sealed-system fault — sealed-system work is done by EPA 608 certified technicians.
Why does my dryer take two cycles to dry one load?
Most of the time it is a restricted vent line rather than the machine itself. Lint packs into the duct, the hot air can't leave, and the dryer runs longer for the same result. It is also the most common fire risk in a laundry room.
My dishwasher leaves standing water — is that a big repair?
Usually not. Water sitting in the tub after a cycle normally points at the drain pump, a blocked filter or a check valve. The technician can tell you which before anything is opened up.
Do you work on commercial appliances?
Yes — residential and light commercial, including equipment in offices, short-term rentals and building common areas.
Do you handle appliances in condo buildings?
Regularly. High-rise work needs vendor registration, a certificate of insurance and often a service elevator booking, and we deal with building management directly so you don't have to relay it.

Book a technician

Tell us what broke. We'll call back with a window.

Name, phone and the appliance are enough. Dispatch calls back, and we agree on a realistic arrival window rather than promise one we can't keep.
